Being blessed with a temperate climate, the city hosts all kinds of open-air celebrations on the occasion of the fiesta of its patron saint, with concerts, theatre productions and folkloric events taking place all over the city, in that classic Catalan mix of measure and excess. Every evening, the fireworks call for the whole city, being a grandiose show of its success.
