As the largest city on Mediterranean shore, Barcelona has undergone drastic urban changes, that haven't arrived without powerful impact on its people. Already in 1888, the Universal Exhibition opened a new era for the Catalan capital city, and 1929's International Exhibition modernized transportation and urbanized Montjuic. But nothing compared to 1992's Olympic Games, which situated our town on a world class level and improved life quality objectively. Years after, based on 3 virtuous axles such as sustainable development, culture of peace and multicultural societies, was carried out the Forum of Cultures 2004. This moved substantially the gravity point of Barcelona in north-east direction, confirming Engineer Cerda's theory of Glòries square, to become our future downtown. Discover with us all these new projects –still ongoing-, recently launched in an area where high-tech and Media University mingles with renewed industrial facilities. Hello 22@!
