Term	Definition
Denominación de Origen	Term used in Spain for certain food products with special characteristics and that are similar to each other. It also refers to the geographical area in which certain food products are produced.
Denominación de Origen Calificada	Term used to describe those Denominaciónes de Origen that have stricter norms and requirements than usual.
Depth	Term that refers to the colour of wines, specifically the intensity of the colour.
